How long will shipping take?

Regular parcels will take 2 to 4 business days within NSW, or 3 to 6 business days for all other Australian states.

Express post option will take 1 to 2 business days within NSW, or 1 to 3 days for all other Australian states.

Priority delivery option includes same day Express shipping for orders placed before 11am.

We ship Australia-wide to all states of Australia.

Unfortunately, these are not guaranteed and we will be unable to provide refunds for the delays caused by Australia Post.

 

Can you send the machine urgently?

Yes, of course! We dispatch our orders Monday to Friday. Please select the Express or Priority shipping option during the checkout.

When will my TENS arrive?

We will aim to have the TENS machine in your hands approximately 4 weeks before your due date if you select the 8 week hire period.

What is the shipping cost?

Regular parcels have a flat rate of $10, Express parcels’ flat rate is $15 and Priority's rate is $25.

Can I pick up my order?

You sure can! We offer free pick up from Penrith NSW.

Select the pick up option during checkout and we will be in touch to arrange a collection time.
