Heat Therapy to encourage milk production and let down.

Submerge in hot water or microwave for 10 seconds. If required, reheat in 5 second increments until you achieve the desired temperature.

Cool Therapy for relief from engorgement.

Freeze for one hour or submerge in icy water.
